Organization ID: You will use your Organization ID every time you login. So make it short and sweet. Acronyms work well. Remember no special characters or spaces, a-z and 0-9, case doesn't matter. This is one thing that can't be changed later, however you can set it up, try it for 30 days and if you want to change it before subscribing, set it up again the way you like it and guess what - another 30 days free. We allow for upto 3 free trials for one organization.

TimeZone: This can be changed later, but it is helpful in some of the functions of the Scheduling Feature.
